LookingGlass acquires Cyveillance, closes $50M funding round

Arlington, Va.-based LookingGlass Cyber Solutions Inc. has acquired fellow cyber threat detection company Cyveillance for an undisclosed sum, the latest in a string of acquisitions for the company this year.

LookingGlass also closed on $50 million in Series C funding, led by NewSpring Capital. In March, the company closed a $20 million Series B round. The company has offices in Baltimore’s Canton neighborhood and is a 2010 graduate of the Emerging Technology Center.
